FAQ
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in anytime we're open. It's first come, first served.
Can I wait while you fix it?
We don't do waiting in the shop. We can't promise how long a repair will take and we usually can't start right away. Leave a good number to text, or a friend's or family member's, and we'll text you when it's ready.
What does it cost to look at it?
A quick look is free. If we need to take it in to diagnose it, we charge the first hour up front, and it goes toward the repair. It isn't refundable and we can't guarantee a fix.
How long does it take?
Phone screens same day if you're here 2 hours before close. Most everything else takes 1 to 5 business days. Parts we have to order usually take about 2 business days.
Do you charge for parts up front?
If we have to order a part we don't stock, yes, we take the part cost up front.
Do you give quotes?
We'll give you a price, but we don't do written or official quotes, and part prices are only good for the day we give them.
Warranty?
30 days on parts and labor. (Parts you bring in yourself aren't covered.)
What payments do you take?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and cards. No PayPal and no checks.
Are you Apple certified?
No, we're an independent shop.
Do you buy or sell phones or accessories?
No. We're strictly a repair shop, not a store. We don't buy, sell or trade devices, chargers, cases or anything else. We do order the parts your repair needs.
Can my kid drop off a device?
Sure, but we'd like an adult to sign at drop off or pick up.
¿Hablan español?
Sí. Joe habla español.
Can I mail in a repair?
Text us first and we'll talk about it, or send us a message.
